Terms of Service for Advanced GSC MCP Server

1. Description of Service

1.1 What We Provide

The Advanced GSC MCP Server ("the Service") is a hosted server that connects your Google Search Console account — and, for Pro and Agency plan subscribers, your Google Analytics 4 account — to AI tools such as Claude and Cursor via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It allows AI tools to query your GSC and GA4 data in real time using a single configuration snippet.

1.2 What the Service Is Not

This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google or Anthropic. The Service connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 through Google's official APIs on your behalf. Your AI tool (Claude, Cursor, or other) is a separate product billed by its own provider. This subscription covers only the MCP server and associated support.

1.3 Early Access Status

The Service is currently offered as Early Access to a limited founding cohort of up to 100 subscribers. By subscribing during this period, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The Service is under active development and is not yet considered generally available
• Features may be added, changed, removed, or temporarily disabled at any time and without prior notice
• You should expect occasional bugs, error messages, partial outages, intermittent failures, missing data, and discrepancies between what the Service returns and what Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4 shows directly
• You are responsible for independently verifying any data or recommendation produced via the Service before relying on it for business or technical decisions
• Support during this period is provided on a best-effort basis
• The founding-member pricing described in section 4.3 is offered in part as compensation for accepting this Early Access status

The Early Access designation will be removed from these Terms when the Service exits the Early Access period. Until then, all use of the Service is subject to this section in addition to the rest of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• You must have a valid Google account with access to at least one Google Search Console property
• You must have the legal right to access the GSC and GA4 properties you connect to this Service
• By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current

3. Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You may create an account using Google sign-in or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each subscription is for a single user. You may not share your API key or account credentials with others or use a single account on behalf of multiple people unless you have a custom plan that explicitly permits it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following tiers:

• Starter: Access to all Google Search Console tools, up to 3 active GSC properties
• Pro: All Starter tools plus Google Analytics 4 tools, up to 10 active properties each for GSC and GA4
• Agency: All Pro tools plus additional web auditing and scraping tools, unlimited properties
• Custom: Tailored integrations and tooling, priced individually

4.2 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly depending on the option you selected at checkout. Quarterly billing is discounted compared to monthly. Your billing cycle and renewal date are shown in your dashboard.

4.3 Founding Member Pricing

Users who join during the initial 100-seat founding cohort receive locked-in founding member pricing for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. The following conditions apply:

• Continuous subscription required. Founding pricing applies only while your subscription remains active without interruption. If your subscription is cancelled (by you or due to repeated payment failures) and you later resubscribe, standard pricing in effect at that time will apply, even if founding spots remain.
• Plan changes preserve founding status. Upgrading or downgrading between Starter, Pro, and Agency does not end your founding-member status. Your new plan will be billed at the founding-member rate for that plan.
• Switching billing cadence. Switching between monthly and quarterly billing on the same plan also preserves founding-member status.
• Test accounts excluded. Subscriptions created in Stripe's test mode (used for our internal QA) do not consume founding-member seats and are not eligible for founding-member pricing.
• Subject to change. The founding-member program may be closed or modified for new sign-ups at any time. Existing founding members keep the rate they signed up at, subject to the conditions above.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We do not store your payment credentials. Stripe's terms apply to all payment transactions.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your subscription enters Stripe's standard retry process. Stripe will email you payment failure notifications and automatically retry your card according to its standard schedule. If all retries fail, your account access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Plan Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

5.1 Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the cost of the higher plan for the remainder of your current billing period and charges your card accordingly. The new plan's features unlock as soon as the upgrade is processed.

5.2 Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all features of your current plan until that date, at which point your plan automatically switches to the lower tier and future invoices are billed at the lower rate. There is no partial refund or account credit for the time remaining on your current plan, because you continue to use and benefit from that plan until the scheduled switch. You may cancel a scheduled downgrade from your dashboard at any time before it takes effect, and your current plan will continue renewing as normal.

5.3 Billing Cycle Switches

Switching between monthly and quarterly billing within the same plan tier is treated as an immediate, prorated change and follows the same process as an upgrade.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

5.5 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your paid period. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical failures on our side that made the Service unusable. Because the Service is currently in Early Access (see section 1.3), occasional bugs, intermittent failures, and short partial outages are an expected part of this stage and do not, on their own, qualify as a documented technical failure for refund purposes.

5.6 Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, use our contact page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Query Google Search Console data for properties you own or are authorized to access
• Query Google Analytics 4 data for properties you own or are authorized to access (Pro and Agency plans)
• Connect the Service to AI tools for legitimate SEO and analytics analysis and research
• Share insights and reports derived from your own GSC and GA4 data

6.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share your API key or account access with others who are not covered by your plan
• Use the Service to access GSC properties you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our server infrastructure
• Use the Service in a way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement
• Exceed fair use of the Agency plan's “unlimited” property allowance, defined as approximately 100 active properties. Beyond that, please contact us so we can discuss a Custom plan.

7. Service Availability and Data Accuracy

7.1 No Uptime Guarantee

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible. While the Service is in Early Access (see section 1.3), downtime, partial outages, and rollback events may be more frequent than in a generally-available service.

7.2 Data Accuracy

All GSC and GA4 data is fetched directly from Google's APIs. We do not manipulate or modify the data. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or limitations in data provided by Google. You should verify important decisions against Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 directly.

7.3 Service Changes

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will communicate significant changes to subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its code, design, and tooling are owned by Amin Foroutan
• Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any part of it
• Your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data belongs to you — we claim no rights over it
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DATA RETRIEVED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMIN FOROUTAN AND ADVANCED GSC MCP SERVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amin Foroutan and the Advanced GSC MCP Server from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In cases of serious violations, termination may occur without notice.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings related to this Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and by email to registered users where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
