Terms of Service for Advanced GSC Visualizer

1. Description of Service

1.1 What We Provide

Advanced GSC Visualizer ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that enhances the Google Search Console interface by providing:

• API data explorer with custom queries
• Improved user interface components

2. User Accounts and Access

2.1 Google Account Requirement

• You must have a valid Google Account to use this Extension
• You must have access to at least one Google Search Console property
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account

2.2 Authorization

• You grant the Extension permission to access your Google Search Console data through Google's OAuth 2.0
• You can revoke this permission at any time
• You represent that you have the legal right to access the Search Console properties you connect to

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use this Extension to:

• Analyze your own Google Search Console data
• Generate reports and visualizations
• Export data for legitimate business purposes
• Share insights with authorized team members

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use this Extension to:

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We specifically disclaim warranties including but not limited to:

• That the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• That defects will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Liability for Damages

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• While our Extension provides tools to access more data via API, we cannot guarantee completeness
• Data may be subject to sampling or delays from Google

8. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the Extension at any time without notice
• Updates may add, modify, or remove features
• Chrome may automatically install updates
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

• We may modify these Terms at any time

• Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

10. Termination

• We may discontinue the Extension at any time
• We may remove the Extension from Chrome Web Store
• We are not obligated to provide advance notice of discontinuation

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amin Foroutan and Advanced GSC Visualizer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your use of the Extension

12. Support and Maintenance

• We are not obligated to provide technical support

• We will make reasonable efforts to address issues but make no guarantees

12.2 Community Support

• We are not responsible for advice given by other users
